Brain Health, Gut Health, & Overall Health

Greetings! For this week’s post, I decided to highlight a few articles I recently read.

First up, the importance of choline in one’s diet for brain health. It is a nutrient which helps build and protect brain cells. One of the foods richest in choline: eggs, specifically the yolk. See more here.

Second, if constipation is a troublesome condition for you, peanut butter may help. Not only does it contain fiber, but the high fat content can help stimulate motility in the colon. See more here.

Finally, this article isn’t really for the purpose of promoting a low-carb diet. Rather, these are foods you can add to your diet to improve your blood sugar and triglycerides, as well as to help keep a healthy body weight. See more here.

Thank you for reading and have a great week!
