Right here in Naples are some truly unique grocery markets – Seed to Table and Food & Thought (which has two locations).

Seed to Table, located at 4835 Immokalee Road, is like nothing you’ve ever seen. On top of being a grocery store with some of the finest produce, meat, and dry goods you’ll find anywhere, they also are a restaurant, a bar, and an entertainment center with live music and events nearly 7 days a week. The produce is mainly sourced from the 3500 acre Oakes Farms, right here in Southwest Florida, so the level of freshness can’t be beat. Seed to Table offers a lot of products you won’t find elsewhere, and their butcher shop not only carries the highest quality meats around, but you can also choose a steak from their meat counter and have them cook it for you right on the spot.

The original Food & Thought at 2132 Tamiami Trail North is a grocery store, juice bar, and cafe, and even has a clothing store connected to it. They have a sweet little courtyard where you can sit and enjoy a light meal, and their location is very convenient for those who live near downtown Naples.

Food & Thought 2 at 7941 Airport Pulling Road North also has a grocery store and a juice bar, but this location has a full restaurant as well, which often features live music. I have eaten there several times and can say the service is excellent, the food is out of this world, and their cappuccinos are simply the best I have ever had. Many of the ingredients in their dishes come from their very own organic farm right here in Naples.
