I want to take a moment to express my appreciation for all the men and women who have served our country and gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms. Thank you, and I wish everyone a wonderful holiday weekend. I will be out of the office until Tuesday May 28.
This recipe looks refreshing and delicious – a colorful couscous salad. If you cannot tolerate wheat or gluten, substitute in some quinoa in place of the couscous. Cheers!
