From the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Vietnamese-Style Turkey Meatballs with Yogurt Sauce.
For those with IBS, this recipe can be adapted quite easily. Omit the green onions and garlic in the meatballs and the green onions in the sauce. Lactose free Greek yogurt can be used in the sauce in place of the regular Greek yogurt. Personally, I would increase the amounts of the other herbs and spices as well.
